Description
A solid modular house measuring 3.8 m x 12.7 m, with a height of 3.7 m.
The house is transported in one piece, while other houses are manufactured in parts and later assembled and installed on a pre-prepared foundation, which we also offer. A very cosy and warm house for year-round living. The house is very well insulated, retains heat well in winter, and also insulates sound from the street. We use only new and high-quality materials: wood, cotton wool, films, windows, doors, metal.
Facade
The facade is made of 19-22 mm thick clapboard. We have three sizes that can be used to create different patterns, the most popular being narrow and wide (as shown in the photo). We use half-lap joints with Swiss knives for deeper painting in two layers, and in cases where a board needs to be replaced, you don't have to remove the entire wall; you can remove each board individually. The metal is ribbed for rigidity and beauty. The windows are coloured on the outside, white on the inside, with three panes and a rigid frame to prevent them from sagging over many years. The colours of the façade, roof and windows can be chosen to suit your taste.
Additionally
This is a good main house for living, but it also provides for additional extensions, such as: extra rooms, a corridor with a boiler room, and a second house next door can also be added. If desired, we can change the location of windows, doors, and partitions to suit your needs. We create visualisations and arrange the furniture so that everything is clear in advance and you do not make any mistakes with the layout.
Insulation
We use calibrated C24 boards, which means that the boards are all the same size and the walls do not move. The floor and roof are insulated with 25 cm of mineral wool from Isover, and the walls with 20 cm. (Stone wool can also be used). Inside, a vapour barrier protects the entire frame from moisture, and outside, a windproof film and 10 mm OSB help to retain heat in the house and provide good sound insulation. The floor is covered with 22 mm OSB and the partition frame is 95 mm thick, which is a fairly rigid partition and does not take up much living space.
